The spacious room featured a nice sitting area and a kitchenette, which made our family stay comfortable. The beds felt cozy, perfect after a long day. Location offered easy access to nearby dining options. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to an unfriendly staff member. We didn't get the proper service most days. cleaning was inadequate with only one thorough cleaning during five nights. Breakfast had limited choices, and the fruit drink machine didn’t work well, being overly watered down. The elevator issues were concerning, with one completely out of order. It made carrying our luggage up the stairs challenging. The pool was out of order during the entire stay, leaving us without access to any recreational facilities. Wi-Fi connectivity was good, but I wish they had sorted the maintenance issues better.

The rooms are spacious and provide great comfort.
There were dirty sheets on one of the beds, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Additionally, I had to deal with a rude receptionist who barely acknowledged my concerns, adding to my frustration. The breakfast options were so limited. I expected more variety. The pool area was filled with employees loitering, making it uncomfortable and not welcoming.

The room was spacious,, it had a small kitchen that came in handy for cooking, which made life easier. They offered a decent breakfast which is rare nowadays in hotels.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for the facilities, it was acceptable.
